Generally, problems with Macs are usually software in nature (operating system, apps or directory structure) and I may be able to help you.

Please give me a call and I will evaluate your needs, and refer you to a trusted Mac hardware repair facility, if that proves to be necessary.

I do not make major hardware repairs or disassemble iMacs, iPhones, iPods, iPads. I will refer you to a repair center whose bench is fully equipped and set up to handle the type of Apple hardware repair you need.

Although I have taken their online training and have decades of Mac experience, Apple will not certify independent technicians.
